Mat Sadler makes honest admission after Walsall's defeat to Colchester
Mat Sadler says Walsall's intensity levels were "not at the standard" expected after they slumped to a 2-0 defeat against Colchester United at Bescot.

A flat and abject first half performance proved costly, as goals from Samson Tovide and Kyreece Lisbie propelled the U's into a 2-0 lead at the break.
Walsall failed to register a single shot on target in the first 45 and deservedly trailed, and Sadler conceded his team made it "easy" for Colchester to threaten in behind.
'An experience we've got to learn from'

"We allowed the balls forward to easily for Rico to have to deal with them too often.
"That was some of the reflections from the first half. We just didn't work hard enough.
"It's not ever with this group that they're not trying to work hard enough, but that intensity wasn't at the level that we know we can be at and what we expect from each other.
