Walsall defender Aden Flint has immediately emerged as a clear fan favourite since arriving in the summer.

The 36-year-old has been a crucial figure during the opening 13 games, which has seen Walsall collect 26 points to sit top of League Two.

Flint has been a vocal presence in the backline and has been hailed for helping a youthful group within the Saddlers set-up.

And Sadler feels that his unrelenting desire to win has commanded respect from everybody in the building since he joined the club in the summer.
