Bar Sport was very much a home venue for 19 year-olds Henry and Charles.

It is owned by their father Scott – a former amateur heavyweight – and they work there behind the bar.

For Charles, it was a second win in the space of 48 hours in the Premier Suite.

He was a points winner on Walsall Wood ABC’s club show on Friday night and went on to unanimously outpoint Obi Martin (Smithfield) to help England to a 10-4 win.

Murray started to get to the grips with the slippery Irishman in the final minute of the last and went on to open a cut over his right eye during a dominant second.

The bout was allowed to continue after the doctor inspected the wound and Murray went on to finish strongly, scoring with solid jabs and salvos.

Henry had earlier forced a disqualification win over Smithfield southpaw Ronan Kelly at light-heavyweight.

The referee threw out the Irishman in the third after issuing a third public warning for being dangerous with his head.

Murray had raced from his corner at the opening bell and slammed a right-left hook off the Irishman’s chin.

Kelly held and kept holding and fouling. What little clean work there was came from Murray and he stiffened the Irishman’s legs in the third with a left hook before the premature ending.

Trojan heavyweight Tom Foxall completed victory for England by outpointing Daniel Tsekiri (Docklands) and in a junior match, William Martin (Telford) threw non-stop punches at James O’Neill (Docklands) to win unanimously.

Closer was the match between southpaws Ty Trinidale and Mason Bryne and it went the way of the Priory Park southpaw on a split decision.

Wellington Youth Daniel Barclay looks one to watch.

The 16-year-old was too strong for Sam Cowap (Docklands) and forced a second-round stoppage.

Rehan Yousef was another England winner from Wellington ABC, unanimously outpointing Billy Reid (Docklands) at 59kgs, and there was good schoolboy action on the show as well.

After a close opener, Logan Wilkinson (Telford) pulled away to unanimously outpoint Lee Gabriel (Docklands) and Walsall Wood clubmates Jai Jai Levitt and Mason Hawkesford also recorded wins for England.

Levitt used his lead hand effectively to outpoint Callum Ward (Docklands) and Hawkesford kept Docklands southpaw Lennix Dawson on the outside with long, straight punches.

Hawkesford was cheered on by his cousin Brad Foster,  the former British and Commonwealth super-bantamweight champion.
