"A destination for improvement" - Walsall boss on changing club on and off the pitch
Mat Sadler is turning the tide at Walsall and forging a 'destination for improvement' as he looks to a bright future.
Following the play-off disappointment last season, Sadler has been able to go again with his group and they sit top of League Two after 10 games.
The head coach is pleased with the mixture of youth and experience in his squad as he aims to change the public perception of the Saddlers.
"It's really important to me that we have the guys that we have, people that are desperate to do well," Sadler said.
"That is my biggest philosophy, I won't make out that it's anything grander than it is, I want people that are desperate to do well.
