The Pitmen eased into the next round with a 7-0 demolition of Coleshill Town on Saturday, which featured a four-goal haul from Akheem Rose.

Dan Turner, Dom McHale and Jonny Edwards also got on the score sheet for Gavin Hurren's side.

Billericay also comfortably progressed, beating Berkhamsted 3-0 at the AGP Arena.

The FA Cup second round qualifying tie against Hereford FC on Saturday was abandoned after Khalsa goalkeeper Ravan Constable was subject to 'monkey noises' from the crowd in the second half.

Hereford FC bosses later confirmed banning orders against two of its supporters pending an investigation by West Midlands Police.

The Football Association condemned the incident and announced that the next steps for the tie will be confirmed in due course.

Constable took to social media to speak out about the abuse, writing on X: "Racism has no place in our game. I'm emotional and angry about yesterday.

"I was subject to racist abuse that no one shoulder ever have to face. Discrimination or hatred because of who they are.

Pending that decision, Khalsa or Hereford will travel to Hemel Hempstead Town in the next round.

Halesowen Town will host Aveley if they emerge with victory in their replay against Grimsby Borough on Tuesday evening at the Grove.

Both goals were scored inside five first half minutes in a 1-1 draw between the two teams on Saturday, as Jason Cowley cancelled out Reece Yorke's opener for Grimsby.

After a goalless stalemate on the weekend, Chasetown will also have to contest a replay at Banbury United, with the winner travelling to Leiston.

The ties will be played on Saturday, September 27.
