"In September 2023, my Dad was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis.
"Then in August 2024, we were told he also has stage four bile duct cancer.
"Both are now terminal and Dad is receiving palliative care.
"He's always been my role model - strong, king and quietly determined - and we're doing everything we can to make sure he knows how loved he is.
"On October 26, I'll be running a half marathon in his honour for AMMF - The Cholangicocarcinoma Charity.
"They're the UK's only charity dedicated to raising awareness, funding research and supporting families affected by this rare cancer.
"If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean so much to us.
"And even if you can't, please share this post to spread the word.
