Derby County have been handed a surprise fitness boost as they look to spoil West Brom's Hawthorns celebration party on Saturday.

Earlier in the week it looked as though Derby's injury woes are set to continue - with predictions suggesting they would head to The Hawthorns without some key players.

£5.8m signing Patrick Agyemang is yet to feature and they are also without the likes of Lars Jorgen-Salvesen.

However, John Eustace has confirmed that they will both travel to The Hawthorns and be in the squad this weekend.

It is doubtful whether they would start in the game - but could feature in some capacity.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference to Derbyshire Live, Eustace said there was a 'buzz' about Derby ahead of the fixture.

He said: "They will be in the squad for the weekend.

"They obviously need some more matches, of course they do.

"We managed to get a game behind closed doors game, which was great for them, and they got 30 minutes each, which was good.

"But they're not the finished article from a fitness point of view. But they've been impacting training and it's just been great to have a fully fit squad.

"There's been a real good buzz about the place."
