Walsall duo "fighting to be fit" for Fleetwood plus updates on Mason Hancock and Harry Williams
Priestley Farquharson and Jamie Jellis are "fighting to be fit" for Walsall's trip to Fleetwood Town this weekend and will be assessed again on Friday.
Jellis has not featured since he was withdrawn at half-time during the Saddlers' 1-0 win at MK Dons on August 30 due to a groin issue.
Farquharson also hobbled off clutching his groin three days later at Shrewsbury, but received positive results from his scan last week.
The pair returned to training at Essington on Thursday and Mat Sadler will make a decision over their match fitness in the next 24 hours.
"Priestley and Jamie are both fighting to get back for the game at the weekend," boss boss Sadler revealed.
