Young Aldridge go-kart prodigy Ethan Guest continues his impressive rise
Aldridge go-kart racing driver Ethan Guest has caught the eye in just his second full national race season.
The 13-year-old had competed in 16 championship race weekends and has scooped nine podium finishes in the process.
Of these, Guest twice finished in first-place coupled with three second-place and third-place finishes apiece.
"The support of my sponsors has helped me to really focus on improving my racing skills and my fitness this season, and I am seeing the results already," Guest said.
"Last season, I won the Daytona Championship and did well in my debut Club100 Inkart Championship.

"This season has been really strong too, which has only made my racing ambitions stronger."
Guest, who has his sights set on Formula One in the future, began racing at Midland Karting, before progressing to compete at Daytona.
Next, Guest will be competing to win a fully-funded Xkart scholarship, which is worth £25,000.
His dad, Steve Guest, added: "We have been so impressed with Ethan's rapid improvement. Every pound Ethan receives in sponsorship goes towards his race education and skills improvement, and his dedication and professionalism is second to none.

"His results this year are evidence of Ethan's committment to succeed. It's hard work but Ethan is single-minded in his ambition to be a professional racing driver and it's thanks to his race partners, sponsors and his mum Emma and I, are lucky enough to help him realise his dream.
