Wolves have welcomed three new faces so far this summer, plus Jorgen Strand Larsen who had his loan converted into a permanent move, and are closing in on the signing of Cameroonian defender Jackson Tchatchoua.

Pereira remained tight-lipped on the 23-year-old, who currently plays for Hellas Verona in Serie A, as the two clubs close in on an agreement for a fee in the region of £10.3million.

Tchatchoua is set to become Wolves' new right wing-back, although they will still be on the market for a central midfielder and a centre-forward.

"In this world, the managers want more and more," Pereira said.

"Here, in our club, we're working hard to get the players that we need.

"They know we need at least three players. They know the positions, they know the profiles and I will wait until the end of the market to see if it's possible.
