Mat Sadler outlines Walsall's long-term intentions for injured Harry Williams
Mat Sadler insists Walsall want to keep Harry Williams at the club and hopes that his future will be resolved in the "coming weeks".
Williams has been ruled out for the 2025-26 season after rupturing his Achilles during the Saddlers' 1-0 defeat against Wimbledon in the League Two play-off final in May.
The 22-year-old has been out of contract since July 1 although he is continuing his rehabilitation with the club at Essington.
CEO Ben Sadler revealed that Walsall had offered Williams a contract which "suits the club" during the latest fans' form last month.
