Darts round-up: Stunning fightback from Moreton Arms
Moreton Arms roared back from 3-0 down to secure an unlikely victory over Swan Compton in the Tettenhall Wednesday Darts League.
Dodge Booth, Nige Southwick and John Mycock Snr appeared to have Swan in charge against their second-placed opponents - only for Dave Cook, John Platt, Mark Bromley and Jon Cunningham to turn the match on its head for Moreton.
Elsewhere, Junction A Crushed The Pilot 7-0 with wins from Jamie Daly, Charlie Slade, Gav Whyman, Simon New, Paul Farley, Mikey Harris and Tom Slade, while Dog & Partridge B defeated Charlies Bar 5-2 thanks to Pete Pearce, Craig Locker, Mike Matthews, Connor Lucas and Jaydee Matthews.
West Midlands Super League leaders Staffs Knot had a great 5-0 victory over Hotshots - Luke Griffiths, Jamie Hughes, Rob Thompson, Martin Price and Jack Aldridge all winning.
Junction A crushed Gate Inn by the same scoreline thanks to Al Smith, Callum Parkes, Wayne Hobday, Ian Stanton and Andy Garrett, while Landwood also whitewashed Junction B with Aaron Ogara, Alex Owen, Dougie Cotton, Alex Simmons and Keith Hollowood on the mark.
Allens A went six points clear at the top of the Black Country Super League after beating Ten Arches 5-0 courtesy of Mark Jones, Rich Bowen, Ryan O’Connor, Jack Aldridge and Shane Price.

Current Wednesfield Sunday champions Glassy Junction seemed to be heading for opening-day victory when they led 3-0 against Gilberts A through Callum Parkes, Sean Bastable and Jack Aldridge. But Gilberts' Dave Lopez, Chris Hill and Reece Cook-Lucas hit back for a draw.
Newcomers Forge led Pheasant 2-1 only to go down 4-2 with wins from Terry Dicken, Scott Speakman, John Howells and Hannah Bradbury.
