Villa are keeping tabs on Alejandro Garnacho with the winger expected to leave Manchester United this summer.

The Argentina international is on Villa’s list of targets, though a permanent move is likely to be out of their price range.

Garnacho, who has been told he can find a new club by Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim, is valued at £70million and a loan move is likely to be the best option for Unai Emery’s team.

Chelsea are also among Garnacho’s suitors and considered a more probable destination at this point, though they are yet to make an approach.

Villa, meanwhile, are braced for offers for Jacob Ramsey with Nottingham Forest among the clubs interested in the former England under-21 international.

Emery is a big fan of Ramsey, though there is an acceptance the 23-year-old needs to add more of an end product to his game.

Villa are believed to value the academy product at £40m and much may depend on whether Forest sell Morgan Gibbs-White to Tottenham. Should that happen, they are likely to make a move for Ramsey.

Winger Leon Bailey is another Villa player with an uncertain future, with reports in Turkey this week claiming Fenerbahce are keen to take the Jamaica international on loan.

Bailey, who left the pitch in tears after the final home match of last season, is yet to return to pre-season training having played at the Gold Cup.
