Non-league round-up: Kidderminster suffer pre-season defeat against Championship side
Kidderminster Harriers suffered a 5-0 defeat in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Championship side Swansea City.
All five of the Swans' goals came in the second half, as Goncalo Franco bagged a brace, and Ronald, Eom Ji-Sung and Zeidane Inoussa completed the scoring.
Rushall Olympic eased to a 4-0 victory at Sporting Club Inkberrow courtesy of goals from Alex Moore, Aaron Bishop, Roddy McGlinchey and Jamie Soule.
Hednesford Town were beaten 3-1 at Cardiff Met despite leading at half-time through Dan Trickett-Smith's 40th-minute opener.
Elsewhere, Stourbridge romped to a 4-0 victory on the road at Pershore Town with Rhys Haliday and veteran frontman Tyrone Barnett firing them into a 2-0 lead at the break.
Ari-Jae Shaw stretched the Glassboys' advantage to three 21 minutes from time, before an own goal completed the rout in the closing stages.
Halesowen started pre-season with a 3-1 victory over Malvern Town at the Langland Stadium.
Jason Comley fired the Yeltz into a 10th-minute lead and McKauley Manning doubled their advantage just past the hour-mark.
Mason Heather added a third for Halesowen 10 minutes from time, before Joe Tumeltey grabbed a consolation for the hosts less than 60 seconds later.
"Full credit to both sets of players. That was tough out there today, I was feeling in the dugout, never mind running around," said Halesowen boss Russ Penn.
"We got a couple of 90s into some. Listen, when you've got all of the players then you're rotate and you're trying to look other people. There is a lot of stop-start from both teams.
"But we all know what this exercise is. It's just about keeping bodies fit and getting out here unscathed, but it was a really good day all round.
Sporting Khalsa twice blew the lead in a 2-2 draw against Punjab United at the Aspray Arena.
Taylor Townsend and a trialist scored for Khalsa who were pegged back twice through goals from Toch Singh and Alfie Moynes.
Elliott Ball scored the only goal as Lye Town won away from home at local rivals Darlaston Town.
Stafford Rangers eased to a 3-0 win over Telford Town in Shropshire with all three goals coming in the second half.
Kaiman Anderson and Trialist B scored either side of the hour-mark to propel Rangers into the driving seat, before Joe Cuff added a third 19 minutes from time.
Elsewhere, Chasetown's friendly against Lichfield City was cancelled, and the Scholars will next face Halesowen at home on Tuesday night.
