Spencer, who is the grandson of the late former Aston Villa goalkeeper Jake Findlay, is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

ACE Academy will be holding a raffle at their annual 'Party on the Pitch' which has raised over £1,000 at the time of writing.

The event, which takes place between 2pm and 6pm, will also feature a tribute match in memory of Jake Findlay, who passed away aged 70 in May.

A number of high-profile names will also be attending, including Walsall icons Jimmy Walker and Chris Marsh.

The funds of the raffle will go to any future treatment that Spencer needs, and any outstanding money will be donated to the Birmingham Children's Hospital, which have provided Spencer and his family with invaluable support since his diagnosis.

Spencer joined ACE at the age of four and plays on the same team as World Cup winner Emi Martinez's son.

The prizes include a Mercedes G 580, two tickets to a Wolves game, hospitality tickets for Walsall vs Aston Villa and four tickets for West Brom vs Rayo Vallecano.

A signed Manchester City shirt will also be up for grabs, while England cricket star Olly Stone has donated a signed shirt.

Strips will cost £10 and can be purchased at the event on the day. Tickets for the event can be bought here
