Wolves midfielder set for summer departure
Wolves midfielder Joe Hodge is set to join Portuguese club CD Tondela in a permanent move.
The 22-year-old has two years left on his Wolves contract but is due to leave on a free to join the Portuguese top flight club.
The terms of the move are still be negotiated but it is expected to include a sell on percentage, which has been reported on the continent to be between 20-30 per cent.
