The club captain limped out of the second half of Saturday's 1-1 draw at his former club Millwall with a tightening calf muscle.

Wallace, 30, was replaced by Tom Fellows with 20 minutes remaining at The Den.

Albion will assess the winger in the next day or so with boss Tony Mowbray hopeful Wallace departed from the action in time to ensure the issue was not serious.
