Wolves miss out on new centre-back signing
Wolves have had their move for Lens defender Kevin Danso hijacked by Premier League rivals Spurs.
Wolves agreed a deal with the French club to bring the Austrian international in on a straight loan deal, after the club had several bids rejected to purchase him permanently.
Danso flew to England on Saturday and was due to travel to Wolverhampton for a medical on Sunday to become Wolves' second signing of the transfer window.
