Wolves boss makes statement on future of star attacker
Vitor Pereira says Wolves will not sell star man Matheus Cunha in January but admits he expects interest in the forward.
The Brazilian now has 10 Premier League goals this season and scored and assisted in the memorable Boxing Day win over Manchester United.
Cunha is attracting interest from several of Europe's biggest clubs and Pereira admits he will have 'opportunities' to leave in the future, but said he will not leave Wolves in January as the club fights to stay in the Premier League.
"I hope he stays with us for a long time," Pereira said of Cunha.
"But I understand that special players will have opportunities, for sure, in his career.
"He's not only a special technical player, it's also the personality.
