Expressandstar.com brings you all of the latest transfer talk from Wolves, West Brom and Aston Villa
Wolves
Vincent Aboubakar is 11/2 with the bookies to sign for Wolves after it was announced that the club are ready to splash the cash in search of a new striker.
The Porto striker impressed while on loan at Besiktas last season, but Swansea City are also interested in bringing the 25-year-old to England.
Brentford attacking midfielder/forward Jota is believed to be a wanted man with West Ham and Newcastle leading the chase to sign the Spaniard.
Bookies have also priced the 26-year-old Galician international at 18/1 to join Middlesbrough and 20/1 to move to Molineux.
West Brom
West Brom could renew their interest in Islam Slimani with Watford preparing to make a bid for the Leicester striker.
Marco Silva wants to be reunited with the Algerian goalscorer, having worked with him at Sporting Lisbon.
However, Tony Pulis is still on the look out for one more striker and has been an admirer of the forward for some time.
Aston Villa
Barnsley are set to make a surprise move to sign Aston Villa’s Gary Gardner on loan.
The Tykes have had a very poor start to the season, losing to Bristol City and Ipswich Town in their first couple of games of the season.
Gardner may well leave Villa Park after not being included in the club's pre-season trip to Germany.
