We have scoured the back pages and the internet to bring you the latest transfer gossip.

We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

WOLVES

Wolves issuing a 'hands off' warning on Dominic Iorfa could only bump up the asking price for the defender to £10million.

West Ham and Crystal Palace are among several top flight clubs thought to be targeting the highly-rated England under-21 international.

But Wolves insist they have no intention of selling a player who, at the age of just 20, is already established as a key part of Kenny Jackett's team.

He was last month named Young Player of the Year. Iorfa made 46 appearances last season and is contracted until summer 2019, having signed a new deal last November.

But his Premier League suitors may still be of the opinion that money talks, but will be quoted the same sort of fee that took Benik Afobe to Bournemouth in the last transfer window.

WEST BROM

West Brom will definitely want players in part-exchange if they are to allow striker Saido Berahino to leave the Hawthorns and sign for West Ham.

Berahino has been linked to a host of top-flight rivals with Stoke City, Crystal Palace, Southampton and Sunderland the latest clubs to be interested.

But the Baggies want ready-made reinforcements to cover his departure and want Diafra Sakho, Enner Valencia and James Tomkins from the Hammers.

They are also refusing to budge on a £15million price tag for Berahino, 22, and will believe they will get £10m even if a transfer goes to a tribunal next summer.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa expect to complete a £3million move for Bournemouth captain Tommy Elphick by the end of the week as Roberto Di Matteo makes his first signing as boss.

The Cherries defender, 28, is expected to the first of many new faces at Villa Park, as the claret and blues rebuild under Tony Xia's ownership in the Championship.

WALSALL

All quiet at the Banks's Stadium today.
