Transfer Rumours - March 26
Expressandstar.com bring you all of the latest transfer talk from Wolves, West Brom, Aston Villa and Walsall.
We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.
WOLVES
Wolves are tracking attacking midfielder Jed Wallace, the top scorer for fallen Premier League outfit and now League Two side Portsmouth.
Boss Kenny Jackett could give the 21-year-old, Pompey's top scorer with 14 goals this season, the chance to play two levels above in the Championship.
But it's unlikely any move will be completed by the loan deadline at 5pm, borrowing with a view to a permanent move, as his parent club want to keep hold of him.
And Wolves youngster Ibrahim Keita's time at Molineux appears to be all-but-over, as the 19-year-old striker can't agree new contract terms.
WEST BROM
West Brom are set to revive a move for Watford striker Odion Ighalo in the summer, after he was linked with a £5million move from the Championship club in January.
The Hornets rebuffed Premier League interest from the Baggies and Hull City in January, as they look to be promoted to the top-flight.
ASTON VILLA
Aston Villa and West Brom may have to give up a move for Swansea City full-back Neil Taylor, who is set to open talks over a new contract.
The Wales international, 26, has a year left on his deal at the Liberty Stadium and now appears willing to stay, with a strong hand at the negotiating table through vast interest.
