Villa set to capture Joe Cole
Villa are poised to sign Joe Cole with the midfielder undergoing a medical this evening.

The midfielder will become Paul Lambert's second summer signing on a free transfer tomorrow.
Cole is available after leaving West Ham and is likely to follow Philippe Senderos to Villa Park after the defender signed last week.
The 32-year-old struggled to make an impact during his second spell with West Ham and suffered groin and hamstring injuries last season.
But boss Paul Lambert has targeted more experienced and believes ex-Liverpool misfit Cole, who has 56 England caps, still has something to offer.
