West Brom have been linked with Sweden international Jiloan Hamad but face competition from Premier League rivals for him. However, Albion striker Markus Rosenburg, 22, is a friend of Hamad's and could be key for the Baggies landing the Swedish midfielder.
Dynamo Kiev striker Dieumerci Mbokani has alerted West Brom and Stoke after speaking of his frustration at the club. The Congo international has been linked with Albion as a like-for-like replacement for former loanee Romelu Lukaku.
