West Brom boss Steve Clarke today claimed that the 10-match ban imposed on Luis Suarez for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic was too severe.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister David Cameron also waded into the debate, saying that the Liverpool striker set "the most appalling example" in the incident last weekend.
The striker has now accepted his ban, which means the Uruguayan will miss Liverpool's last four games of this season and, if he is still at the club, the next six domestic games of next season.
