Albion fans will look on in awe after they were demolished in Manchester this afternoon, going down 3-0 to a hat-trick from former United striker Carlos Tevez against City at Eastlands.

Villa goalkeeper Brad Friedel will be kicking himself somewhere after two of his errors cost his team the win against Fulham, with the claret and blues having to settle for a draw.

But Walsall will make the long trip home from Carlisle happy, after breathing new life into their League One relegation fight with a 3-1 win against Carlisle.

16:43: You are not going to believe this, Newcastle have got the equaliser! The Magpies have come from 4-0 down to draw level with Arsenal at St James' Park, Cheik Tiote with a screamer for the home side.

16:39: Everton look to have won a thrilling game against Blackpool at Goodison Park now, after running up a 5-3 lead through Louis Saha's fourth goal of the game.

16:38: Newcastle have come from 4-0 down to pull it back to 4-3 against Arsenal at St James' Park, Laurent Koscielny gives away his second penalty of the game after impeding Mike Williamson, with Joey Barton again converting the spot kick.

16:36: Blackburn have set up a tense finale by pulling a goal back in the last 10 minutes, a penalty given for Emmerson Boyce's foul on David Dunn, who picks himself up to convert the spot kick but it's still 4-3 to Wigan at the DW Stadium.

16:35: Everton have come from 3-2 down to lead Blackpool at Goodison Park, Jermaine Beckford with the fourth goal for the home side.

16:33: GOAL! Villa are shell-shocked as Fulham get a second equaliser away from home, Clint Dempsey steals in to put the visitors ahead for the first time in the match.

16:31: Everton have got their first equaliser of the game, it's 3-3 against Blackpool at Goodison Park and it's a hat-trick for Louis Saha.

16:30: Newcastle have pulled another goal back and the fightback to end all fightbacks could be on, Leon Best replies but it's still 4-2 to Arsenal at St James' Park.

16:28: GOAL! Walsall are set for a rare comprehensive League One win on successive Saturdays, the Saddlers are cruising at Carlisle after Julian Gray's second of the game puts them 3-0 up.

15:05: Wolves striker Andy Keogh switched loan clubs in midweek from Cardiff to Bristol City on transfer deadline day and he has his first goal for the club in his second game, City lead at Preston after his early strike.

15:02: The natives at Newcastle look on in horror as Arsenal go two up inside 120 seconds of the Premier League game at St James' Park, Johan Djourou with the header for the visitors.

15:01: The big test of whether Newcastle can score goals without Andy Carroll will be tested now, after Theo Walcott puts Arsenal ahead inside a minute at St James' Park with his 11th goal of the season.

14:45: In the early Premier League kick-off, a stoppage time winner sees Stoke beat Sunderland at the Britannia Stadium.

Sunderland had turned the tables on their hosts, who led through John Carew's strike, with goals from Kieran Richardson and Asamoah Gyan before two headers from Robert Huth - the second three minutes after the 90- won it from Stoke.
