16:55: It's all over for our teams in the region and the win Albion have been waiting six games for has finally come along, however hard work it was, after the Baggies beat Blackpool by the odd goal in five.
Wolves pushed Manchester City all the way but utltimately left Eastlands beaten in a game that had everything - the visitors leading, then the home side going 4-1 up before Mick McCarthy's men pulled it back to 4-3 late on.
Walsall also had four put past them but the Saddlers wouldn't give up the fight against play-off chasers Huddersfield, leading and then pulling level at the Banks's Stadium before succumbing to two more goals.
Tomorrow at noon it's the Second City showdown between derby rivals Villa and Birmingham, with St Andrew's the scene.
