Former World champion Ricky Hatton MBE is coming to Wolverhampton next month to watch his brainchild unfold as the city's launches it's first boxing pay-per-view.
'The Hitman' will be ringside at the Civic Hall on March 14 for the 12-fight Sunday afternoon bill, headlined by a Midlands title fight between hometown fighter Dean Harrison and champion Ben Lawler.
Hatton has moved into promoting, after a ring career that spanned belts with five global organisations at both welter weights, and his website Hatton TV will broadcast the entire show online at a cost of just £2.99 to the viewer.
And the famed 31-year-old Manchester fighter will take his place among the live audience to watch the action unfold.
He said: "I am ardent boxing fan, I love watching the sport and I am looking forward to the show. This event is about is about bringing boxing back to the fans, just so everybody can see this raw talent and even those that can't be there can watch the action on Hatton TV.
