Richards revelling in players faith
Walsall midfielder Matt Richards admits the team are revelling in the faith afforded to them by management.

The 24-year-old is ready for Saturday's trip to Brentford fresh from his first Saddlers goal in the 2-0 win over Stockport last weekend.
Richards believes that the trust boss Chris Hutchings and assistant Martin O'Connor have put in the squad is paying off.
He said: "It's just right to be shown confidence from the management, I think as a team we are getting better and better and that is lifting everyone, not only me.
"I think there have been some great performances really and the most important thing is the team getting three points every week.
"The run we're on at the moment, with three wins out of three, we've got to take that into the next game and try to keep moving forwards.
"I am very happy with the way things are going."
Richards, a summer arrival after his release from Ipswich, believes the mix of age and experience has proved vital.
He said: "As a whole the team has got good shape and there is a lot of experience. There is not necessarily age but there is good experience in the team and we're rubbing off on each other.
"There is a good team spirit at the moment."
Darren Byfield is one of the oldest in the squad and, at 33, Richards reckons the striker has the essential know-how to pass on.
He said: "Darren is very sharp and quick and he has a lot of experience, so he is bringing that into the team. He is helping Troy Deeney a lot, who is only a young striker, and I think they're working very well together."
