Chris Hutchings today called on Walsall to be mentally strong as he primes them for a winter assault on the play-offs.
The Saddlers have moved to within four points of the top six after back-to-back wins for the first time this season and travel to 16th placed Brentford on Saturday.
A win and favourable results elsewhere will see them just a point behind the leading pack and Hutchings says they need to stay focused.
"It has been long time coming, getting those back to back wins," he said. "It is a mental thing in any sport. If you win games it breeds confidence and you try things you wouldn't try when not so confident."
