The Czech striker has already apologised after being pictured allegedly paying for cocaine and cannabis outside his Sutton Coldfield home.
West Midlands Police spokeswoman Zoe Lee said he has been given a formal police caution and no further police action would be taken.
The striker is still suspended by Albion, while the club carries out an inquiry.
