Walsall boss learning on the job
Walsall manager Chris Hutchings admits he's on a learning curve as he scours the land for new recruits.

The Banks's Stadium boss has had to adapt from his former guise as a Premier League boss and assistant.
With the Saddlers unable to provide the infrastructure a top flight club can offer, the former Bradford and Wigan boss is a one-man band as he looks for the right men to bolster his squad.
He said: "You are doing everything yourself and it's very difficult. I've come from clubs where we've had chief scouts, European scouts, ProZone and all the stats you can get.
"It's difficult, but it's something you deal with and get on with. It's how it is and you come into the job eyes wide open. You just can't go out and buy players and it's difficult to go out and get loan players.
"But the art is to get the best out of what you've got."
Hutchings knows he needs to find the right players to succeed.
He said: "You always try to do things your own way and we are all different.
"There isn't a right or wrong way, you just have to have a bit of luck sometimes – the right players and system, if one or two players don't get injured and perform well for you.
"You need some luck and some financial backing."
The Saddlers chief is still waiting on seven of his squad to sign the new deals offered to them last week.
