The Saddlers boss is primed for a difficult finish to the League One season, starting with a trip to third placed Millwall on Saturday.

They then host play-off chasing Tranmere seven days later ahead of a trip to promotion hopefuls MK Dons before welcoming Oldham on the final day of the season.

With the Saddlers' season looking set to end in mid-table Hutchings believes it still has merits.

"We're trying to take the positive out of it and we've got to play teams, in our remaining games, who are above us in the league," said Hutchings, whose side also play mid-table Stockport and Huddersfield.
