The Scottish Premier League side will also line up against Tamworth on August 2.
The game is part of an agreement between the sides following the transfer of 16-year-old striker Kane Hemmings, from Derbyshire, who spent four seasons with The Lambs.
Large crowds are expected for the matches.
Rangers will be bringing a reserve team to Keys Park and The Lamb and will include three players who have represented the first team.
John Fleck who became the youngest player to appear in a Scottish Cup final when coming on as a substitute in this year's final against Queen of the South will be involved.
Also to be included will be former Chelsea player Dean Furman and Stephen Lennon who has also been featured for Walter Smith's first 11.
Normal first team prices will apply.
