Two of the current promotion chasing side have confirmed they will pop along for part of the event.
Captain and England Under 21 star Curtis Davies will be joined by fellow defender Paul McShane, a Northern Ireland International, at the quiz.
Organisers say it will be an evening of fun and brainteasers where supporters put their knowledge of the club to the test.
The quiz has been organised by the West Bromwich Albion Community Team and will take place on April 16 in the Richardson Suite. Host for the evening will be Tom Ross from Capital Gold and the quiz will include questions on the Baggies, football in general and on the local community.
Those who take part will be able to get their hands on a number of top prizes that will be up for grabs.
Fraser Foster, community director for Albion, said the club was delighted to be hosting the event.
"Besides supporting the players at such an exciting time of the season, it is a way for everyone to enjoy an evening out plus help others less fortunate than themselves, a real win-win in fact," he said.
The event is being officially sponsored by the West Bromwich Building Society and senior public relations manager Brian Seymour-Smith said it would be a great night for football fans and family alike.
Doors open at 7pm and all of the fun will get under way at 7.30pm.
Quiz organisers are looking for teams of up to eight people, with a minimum age for children of eight years. An entrance fee of £10 per team will be donated to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
