Olivia's aims for 2015

This academic year is rushing by, and the arrival of 2015 has taken me by surprise.

I recently confirmed my place at my first choice at university (provided I get the grades), and so in eight months I'll be packing up and leaving home.

For now I'm looking forward to a great year and have set myself some goals to help this happen.

Pass my A-Levels

Ok, this is a bit of an obvious one, but it's definitely the most important.

If I get the grades I need I'll be heading of to a wonderful uni in a wonderful city, plus I'll prove to myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to. It'll take a lot of hard work but I'm willing to do that to get what I know I deserve.

Holiday with friends

I'm looking forward to the summer already. I'm currently making plans with friends, and whether it's going to be inter-railing, a theatre weekend in London, or a cottage by the sea, I'm sure I'll have a wonderful time as long as I'm surrounded by the friends I love most.

Read 52 books

I can't deny it, I adore reading anything from chick-lit novels like Bridget Jones' Diary, to classics such as 1984. I read 49 books last year, and plan on increasing that to a book a week this year.

Gain 300 blog followers

My personal fashion and beauty blog, Olivia Ellen, will have been going for three years in May, and this feels amazing. While it's by no means famous, I'm really proud of how far it's come and how dedicated I've been to it, so I plan on working extra hard this year and increasing my follower count to over 300. If you're interested be sure to check it out!

I hope that these goals help to make this year top notch and give me something to work towards. Anyone else got any goals for 2015? I'd love to hear them- drop me a Tweet at @oliviaellen97!
