Thank-you for a great concert
Can we say a big thank you to the Ukrainian Catholic Church Merridale Street West. On Sunday, January 11, at our Ukrainian club and church we entered a brightly coloured church leaving behind us a stormy cold wet weather.
Our Ukrainian church was full of people from all over England who came to sing Ukrainian carols and say thanks for our good function.
The Ukrainian choir Mandolin Orchestra was music that made you feel welcome, warm and in good spirit.
The conductor Greg Kowalczuk was perfection in his position.
Our Wolverhampton mayor was welcome and enjoyed viewing.
My wife and I say a big thank you to all for the enjoyable day, to the cleaners, the bar staff, catering, the choir and musical staff, and all that made this happen. It is very positive to see our younger generation carrying on the Ukrainian culture where all are welcome.
