LET'S DO AWAY WITH TV LICENCE

BBC boss Tim Davie wants to increase the TV licence fees. It’s now time to do away with payments and let the BBC manage like other TV companies have to. Why should we have to pay to keep this out of date organisation going?

MY THANKS TO ALL AT HOSPITAL

I would like to thank all concerned at Walsall Manor Hospital for their care whilst being taken by ambulance with third degree burns regarding my hot water bottle bursting on my back and bottom. I was treated with care and respect by all. My pain was horrific. After treatment I was sent home in the early hours of the next day.

After about two weeks with no care whatsoever the district nurse arrived. She was brilliant and couldn't do enough for me. She was dedicated to her job.

Many thanks to my dear friend also who visited me on a regular basis, they’d worked for five years in an operating theatre, they dressed my burns very professionally. Also to Lauren Mason the district nurse.
