Walsall fly-tipping sculpture a complete waste of time
Those wonderful leaders of Walsall Council decided to place a 7ft rubbish pile outside Walsall gallery to highlight fly tipping?

When will fly tippers get to see this ‘sculpture’ as they are busy looking for a secluded place to dump rubbish- and will fly tippers care about this exercise that will obviously achieve nothing?
As for Walsall council leaders - there is one thing worse than a council who has to pay to remove rubbish off the streets; and that is a council who pays to have it dumped there in the first place.
