Her husband, a Normandy veteran, was discussing D-Day with the builder when his apprentice suddenly asked: "So what was D-Day?"

The boss explained that Saving Private Ryan was all about the D-Day landings of June 6, 1944.

The apprentice replied that he and his girlfriend had been to see the movie but walked out, "because they was all killin' each other".
