This week the juror was jailed for six months for contempt of court as the legal system took a Victorian steam hammer to the microchip age.

Does our legal system understand modern times? Probably not.

As she dealt with a vicious Lithuanian rapist recently, one Appeal Court judge asked sweetly of our immigration system: "Do we let in just anyone?"

No, Your Honour, we don't let them in. That's the whole point.

They are already here, living in this big superstate of 230 million people known as the EU and free to live, work, and commit rape in any EU country they choose.
