West Midlands Railways is operating under an amended timetable ahead of three football games taking place in the West Midlands.

As of 11am today (Wednesday, March 11), West Midlands Railway has informed many eager football fans that they will be operating under an amended timetable to accommodate for fans travelling to the local stadiums, and to inform those living near the stadiums.

On a post on social media, West Midlands Railways said: 'There will be an amended timetable this evening due to football matches at The Hawthorns, St. Andrew's, and Coventry Building Society Arena. Please plan ahead: https://orlo.uk/lcuf4'

This is due to football matches happening this evening at The Hawthorns, St. Andrew's, and Coventry Building Society Arena. 

The company has urged people to 'Please plan ahead'. 

Full details of tonight's Sky Bet Championship matches: 

  • Birmingham City vs. Queens Park Rangers, the game will start at 7.45pm at St. Andrew's @ Knighthead Park in Small Heath, Birmingham

  • West Bromwich Albion vs. Southampton, the game will start at 7.45pm at The Hawthorns in West Bromwich

  • Coventry City vs. Preston North End, the game will start at 8pm at the Coventry Building Society Arena
