Two people taken to hospital after collision on Dudley Road leaves traffic at standstill
Two people were taken to hospital after being involved in a collision on a road near Lye, with the road closed to traffic in both directions.
The collision was reported on the A4036 Dudley Road in Lye at around 8.37am and has led to a road closure while emergency services crews attend the scene.
Bus services have also been diverted along Stourbridge Road and Engine Lane.
A spokesman for West Midlands Roads said: "The Dudley Road in Lye is partially blocked due to a collision.
"You may face some delays to your journey, plan ahead."
A spokesman for NX West Midlands said: "Due to a collision on Dudley Road in Lye, Service 7 is diverting in both directions via: Stourbridge Road and Engine Lane.
"Apologies for any disruption to your journey."

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 7.30am to a road traffic collision involving a car and a van on Dudley Road, Stourbridge.
"Two ambulances attended the scene. Upon arrival we found two men who were the drivers of the vehicles.
"Both were assessed by ambulance staff at the scene and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
"They were conveyed to Russells Hall Hospital for further assessment.”
West Midlands Fire Service have been contacted for a comment.
