Heart-stopping footage shows the moment a motorist narrowly avoided causing a massive pile-up in Birmingham after driving the wrong way down a dual carriageway.
Other drivers were forced to swerve out of the way after the vehicle went hurtling the wrong way down the A34 in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
Shocking dash-cam video shows how the reckless motorist only avoided causing a huge crash by a matter of inches on Tuesday (January 13).
The footage, obtained by the Birmz is Grime blog, was uploaded to social media where it was viewed thousands of times on Instagram.
One web user commented: "Flip me … have they a death wish."
Another added: "How TF did they even manage to do that."
One person said: "That must have been so scary. I nearly had a heart attack just watching that."
A fourth wrote: "Only in brum Yuno GTA 6."
It is not yet clear if the driver was tracked down and arrested.
West Midlands Police has been contacted for comment.
