Trains between Bloxwich and Walsall running at reduced speed due to overhanging tree
There have been delays and disruption on a railway line towards Walsall due to a tree hanging over the line.
West Midlands Railway warned passengers of the issue on the line between Walsall and Bloxwich.
It was reported at around 9.25am on Sunday (January 11) and meant trains having to run at reduced speed while the issue was being dealt with.
The rail provider said it aimed to have a normal service again by 3.30pm.
A spokesman for West Midlands Railway said: "Due to a tree blocking the railway between Walsall and Bloxwich, trains have to run at reduced speed on the line.
"Train services running through these stations may be delayed. Disruption is expected to last until around 3pm today.
"We estimate that our train service will be back to normal by 15.30."
