All railway lines blocked between Wolverhampton and Stafford due to trespasser
Trains have been cancelled between Wolverhampton and Stafford due to a trespasser on the line.
Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway and West Midlands Railway have advised passengers to change their travel plans due to the disruption.
Rail replacement buses have been organised to take passengers between Wolverhampton and Stafford.
Avanti West Coast posted on social media: "Due to a trespasser between Wolverhampton and Stafford, all lines are blocked. Trains running through these stations may be delayed, diverted or cancelled."
London Northwestern Railway added: "Trespass between Wolverhampton and Stafford Services maybe delayed or cancelled Rail replacement services have been ordered."
