Internationally acclaimed fireworks will be displayed at the National Forest Adventure Farm

The company behind the Commonwealth Games’ fireworks is bringing its Bonfire Night expertise to a Staffordshire farm this weekend.

The National Forest Adventure Farm near Burton will host a 15-minute display designed by award-winners Jubilee Fireworks at its ‘Fireworks on the Farm’ event this weekend.

As well as the fireworks the event will feature live music, entertainers, fairground rides, street food stalls, a licensed bar and a bonfire in the farm’s third Bonfire Night celebration, organised by brothers Tom and Ivor Robinson.

The event runs from 2pm to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday (November 7 and 8).

Tom said: “Fireworks is a special time of year at the farm, and we are pleased to be able to bring another spectacular display from the prestigious company who have gained first place in every major UK competition as well as competitions around the world.

“There is something mesmerising about watching the fireworks performed to music. This year we are also bringing back our giant bonfire for families to enjoy and by opening the outdoor fun field with its jumping pillows, go-karts and musical maze,

“It means firework night can be a whole afternoon of fun rather than just a few hours.”

Jubilee Fireworks is the UK’s most awarded fireworks company to date, having been awarded the Gold Jupiter award at the L’International des Feux Loto-Quebec in Montreal twice.

Tickets to the event start at £12.50, with access from 2pm.
