The properties in south-west Birmingham will be among 178 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday, 26 March.

Craig Upton, marketing director at Bond Wolfe shared how price reflected the fact that modernisation was needed, making the property an attractive target for bidders.

He said: “This is a great example of the family homes in our next auction where the need for refurbishment results in low starting prices that will prompt competitive bidding.
