Seven Smethwick houses offer bargain potential at auction
Seven family homes in Smethwick are among the lots heading to Bond Wolfe’s next property auction, with guide prices starting from just £39,000.
The properties form part of 180 lots due to be offered in the auction, which will be livestreamed from 8.30am on Thursday, February 5, with bidding available online, by telephone or by proxy.
One of the standout lots is a renovated three-bedroom mid-terraced house at 76 Thimblemill Road in Smethwick, which has a guide price of £49,000+.

The property sits behind a front garden and offers a through reception room, kitchen, bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet, with three bedrooms on the first floor, and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, although the long rear garden requires improvement.
Bond Wolfe chief executive Gurpreet Bassi said the Smethwick properties represented strong opportunities for both owner-occupiers and investors.
“Our next auction includes seven properties in Smethwick, some in need of modernisation but all offering excellent value for money,” he said. “As a result, we expect considerable interest from families and from investors looking to expand their buy-to-let portfolios.”
Another three-bedroom mid-terraced house is available at 64 Rosebery Road, with front and rear gardens and a guide price of £39,000+. The accommodation includes two reception rooms, a kitchen, rear lobby and shower room with WC on the ground floor, with three bedrooms upstairs. The house also benefits from central heating and double glazing.
