A hydraulic aerial platform, several fire engines and an incident command unit have remained in attendance at the site of the fire, which started on Wednesday just after 7am and saw more than 20 fire engines and multiple other appliances work to tackle it throughout the day and night.

The service also confirmed that several roads were reopening, including Bromley Street and Marston Road, and offered thanks to the public for avoiding the area while work was ongoing.
